We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 14 days. We will refund the merchandise price, plus any applicable sales tax.

Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice; you pay for postage at the point of return.
Processing/shipping charges and freight surcharges are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result a damage in transit, we can make a claim with UPS on your behalf. To submit a request for this, please contact us. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund. We do not accept returns after 14 days for Dropship items. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (items that were received unassembled must be returned unassembled).
Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.
Returns and Exchanges(All In Store and Local Deliveries)
Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Saturday, with the exception of applicable holidays. All items are up to you to inspect upon delivery. If you had it delivered by one of the independent contractors, than it is your responsibility to make sure the items are in good condition when you sign the delivery slip. If you do not notify us within the 24 hour time period, you are agreeing to accept the delivered items "as is" and also agree that Just Like Home Affordable Furniture assumes no liability whatsoever regarding the condition of products you have purchased and taken possession of.
Each manufacturer has a different warranty plan. Just Like Home Affordable Furniture holds no liability to changes/cancellations of a manufacturer agreement. Agreement is solely between the customer and the manufacturer. You are more than welcomed to bring your merchandise to the warehouse in its original packaging and invoice, and we'd gladly assist representing you to the manufacturer and helping assist you depending on your individual needs.
Thoroughly inspect the package and its contents prior to signing for delivery. Please keep in mind that while the outside packaging might appear damaged, the actual contents of your package might have been successfully protected by the cushioning materials inside the container and be perfectly intact. Do not refuse the order based only on an external inspection of the packaging. In the event an item is damaged in shipping you must note the damage on the driver's bill of lading (delivery receipt) and contact us immediately. Please save all packing materials. Delay in notifying us or not keeping the original packaging will result in your item not being covered. You can return with the driver immediately for replacement. Email us immediately at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged item and all packaging materials. If you had it delivered, than we will gladly send you the replacement the following week upon it arriving to our warehouse. Deliveries are usually sent to us on Fridays. Some Product Manufacturers vary on their delivery times. Please inquire within. Email us immediately at [email protected]mail.com with pictures of the damaged item and all packaging materials. If the item was picked up from our showroom store and it is damaged or defective you must bring it back to our store in its original packaging along with the invoice in order to process the exchange. We do not cover the cost to deliver replacement merchandise if the original order did not include delivery. In the event an item is damaged in shipping you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Email us immediately at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged item and all packaging materials. Please save your packing materials. Discarding of packing materials will result in your claim to be denied. Please include your name, phone number, invoice number, purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and pictures if available.
Because some of our items are imported, delays may occur from time to time. In the event an item is back ordered, we will notify you immediately of an expected delivery date. If an item is no longer available, you will be given the opportunity to select an alternative item or cancel your order.
Orders placed in person or over the phone are charged and processed quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately place your items into production and process the order for shipment from our stock. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if item has not shipped. No exceptions. Please note that a 25% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Items that have shipped to your home or have arrived to our warehouse by Manufacturer cannot be canceled. However, you may take an advantage of our Return Policy.
Returns are gladly accepted on non-custom items for two days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Make sure you keep all of the packing materials that come with your items. Items must be returned to us undamaged to qualify for a refund. All mattress/foundation sales are non-returnable. Contact us at [email protected] and we will give you further instructions on how to process your return. If you signed the delivery slip, and have now opted to return your order, it is the customer's responsibility to bring the merchandise back to the warehouse. Items must be returned to us undamaged to qualify for a refund. Items that have required assembly, and that have been installed are non-returnable.
All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 24 hours. If the item requires assembly and assembly has been attempted, it will not be covered. Imperfections and defects are not reasons for returning merchandise and are the Manufacturer's responsibility to correct. Replacement parts will be sent at no charge to you. If the manufacturer determines at their sole discretion that replacement parts will not resolve the trouble, replacement merchandise will be sent at no charge to you. All sales of items marked as Sale or marked as an “All Sales are final” on your invoice are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. All Ashley Furniture Product and All Sofa and Sectional items are considered all sales are final product. All items do however come with manufacturing warranties and the furniture is guaranteed.
